At The Works, I lead design enhancements for our e-commerce platform, aiming to boost conversions and make the customer journey as smooth as possible. I'm involved in the full design process and I rely on tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and Google Analytics to understand user behavior, and I run A/B tests to validate design decisions. From user research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
I’ve also built a design system for both internal and customer-facing applications, and I’m comfortable creating reusable components and design tokens in Figma. Working in an Agile setup, I collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation. Beyond the website, I’ve contributed to our in-store POS system and designed Power BI dashboards using JSON themes.
Coming from a UI development background, I have a strong understanding of HTML and CSS, and JavaScript, which helps me bridge the gap between design and development. I always consider implementation feasibility when designing, and I enjoy working in cross- functional Agile teams with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
